Read these Terms carefully before availing of our services.

If our service fails to meet its obligations to you, you have the right to request repayment under our refund policy. As our main purpose is to provide authentic academic support, we want to make certain that you are completely delighted! Our customer satisfaction is really good. More than 90% of our customers come back with additional orders. However, sometimes things do go wrong and in these instances, you can always adhere to our refund policy.

Late Delivery Or Cancellation by customer

Late Delivery- In years of serving we hardly experienced such events. Our customers typically don’t claim for late delivery.

Cancellation

  • The writer has started working on the assignment and only 10% of the deadline has been passed but you decide to cancel the order. In this case, the refund amount will be less than 50% of the amount.
  • The writer has not started the work and 10% of the deadline has been passed but you decide to cancel the order. In this case, the refund amount will be 50% of the amount.
  • The writer has started working on the assignment and only 48 hours are left to meet the deadline but you decide to cancel the order. In this case, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

Event of Failure

This event signifies that the customer has received the assignments on time but is not able to clear the examination, and has claimed a refund:

  • The customer has failed as well as scored less than 50%, a refund of an amount equal to 75% of the total amount will be done
  • If the customer has failed but scored 50% or more then not eligible for any refund.

Not Eligible for Refund If

Delay: We guarantee speedy delivery and our rate of meeting the last deadline is more than 99%. Our customers hardly claim the same.

Desired Grades: The customer is not eligible for any refund claim if he/she passes the exams but does not obtain desired grades.

No Grade Sheet/Proof: Customer is not eligible for any refund claim if he/she is not able to share any sort of authentic proof or answers sheet depicting their failure.

No Reason: No refund claim shall stand if the client is unable to substantiate the reason for failure, which could include any faults at their end.

Cash Refund- A cash refund is possible only when the customer has made an extra payment for any order mistakenly.
